Responsibilities:
As a Product Specialist/Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include:
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge about our products and effectively answering customer inquiries.
Identifying potential customers and providing a warm greeting both at the dealership and on the lot.
Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
Proactively contacting new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintaining contact lists and following up with customers to foster lasting relationships.
Highlighting product features and explaining how they address customer needs.
Obtaining and maintaining all Ford Sales Certifications.
