As a Product Specialist/Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include:
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge about our products and effectively answering customer inquiriesIdentifying potential customers and providing a warm greeting both at the dealership and on the lotDelivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experienceProactively contacting new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutionsMaintaining contact lists and following up with customers to foster lasting relationshipsHighlighting product features and explaining how they address customer needsObtaining and maintaining all Ford Sales Certifications
